Orkester Norden 2012 offers a variety of musical activities. As well as full symphonic concerts the course will include chamber music concerts, individual lessons, master classes and workshops - all of which will take place in the various halls in Kristiansand Teater - og Konserthus Kilden.

Next year Orkester Norden will finally move into one of Northern Europe's most impressive concert halls: Kristiansand Teater - og Konserthus KILDEN!
Kilden Teater - og Konserthus for Sørlandet houses Agder Theatre, Kristiansand Symphony Orchestra and Opera South.

After 15 years in Sweden, Orkester Norden has from 2008 moved to its new home in Kristiansand. The University of Agder, Kristiansand Symphony Orchestra and The International Church Music Festival formed a joint venture in order to establish a new organization for the orchestra, planned ahead until 2012.
